MH777 Terms and Conditions

01 General Rules

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the player) and MH777. They apply to all activities conducted on the MH777 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino games, Fish Games, Bingo, promotions, and any communication with customer support.

By accessing or using MH777 in any capacity — whether through the website or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read and understood these terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. MH777 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms should be read alongside the MH777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and MH777.

02 Eligibility

To register and use MH777, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. MH777 strictly does not allow underage gaming. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under 18 will be permanently closed and any balance held in the account may be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be accessing MH777 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using someone else's payment account to fund your MH777 account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a current employee of MH777 or its associated companies.

MH777 may ask you to verify your identity and age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on MH777. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, and accurate contact details. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination.

• Keep your login credentials private. Do not share your username or password with anyone.
• Notify MH777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested.
• MH777 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to secure your login details.

MH777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

04 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on MH777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, de bit/credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The available methods may be updated from time to time and the current list will always be displayed in the deposit section of your account.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your MH777 balance almost immediately after your payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Only deposit using payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment account is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• MH777 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your account within a reasonable time, contact MH777 support with your transaction reference number and our team will investigate promptly.

MH777 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from unverified sources. All payment channels used must be legitimate and traceable to the registered account holder.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified payment account in your name.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals of real-money balances (funds you deposited, not bonus funds) do not require any wagering before withdrawal.
• Bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms before they can be withdrawn.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is a standard security measure.
• MH777 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Actual transfer times depend on your chosen payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are typically faster than bank transfers.
• MH777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while conducting routine security checks or fraud investigations.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

MH777 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free credit events, and special offers tied to cricket and PSL match schedules. Each promotion has its own set of specific terms which are published on the Promotions page and must be read before claiming any offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Each player is eligible for a welcome bonus only once. Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times is not allowed.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically.
• MH777 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated on the Promotions page.
• If MH777 determines that a bonus has been claimed through abusive or fraudulent behaviour, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus funds cannot be used in combination with certain game types where stated in the promotion terms.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The MH777 sports betting section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series), Football, Esports, and other sports as listed in the betting lobby. All bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed in the betting section.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• All odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. MH777 reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is accepted.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport-specific rules. Generally, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been determined.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are set at MH777's discretion and may differ between sports and event types.
• MH777 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical or data error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected matches. In-play bets are accepted at the odds available at the moment the bet is confirmed and are subject to the same cancellation rules as pre-match bets.
• Any suspicion of match manipulation or betting fraud will result in immediate account suspension and bet voiding pending investigation.

08 Casino & Game Rules

MH777's casino section includes Slots, Fish Games, Bingo, and Live Casino tables. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel.

• Game outcomes are determined at the moment the game round is initiated and cannot be altered by the player or MH777 after that point.
• In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed and settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the server. If no valid game state was recorded, the round will be voided and the bet returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per round apply and are displayed within each game.
• Bingo game rules, card pricing, and jackpot structures are specific to each Bingo room and are displayed before you purchase cards or join a room.
• Fish Games are multiplayer arcade-style games. Winnings are based on the creature defeated and the multiplier assigned to it, as displayed in-game.
• MH777 reserves the right to remove or replace any game title at any time without prior notice.

09 Responsible Gaming

MH777 is committed to providing an enjoyable entertainment experience and takes player wellbeing seriously. Gaming should always be a leisure activity conducted within personal budget and time limits that you are comfortable with. MH777 strongly encourages all players to:

• Set a personal gaming budget before starting any session and stick to it regardless of outcomes.
• Set time limits on gaming sessions and take regular breaks.
• Never chase losses by increasing bet sizes or depositing more than planned.
• Never borrow money to fund gaming activity.

10 Security & Fair Play

MH777 uses industry-standard encryption to protect all account and payment data. However, players also have a responsibility to maintain the security of their own accounts.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Use a unique, strong password for your MH777 account and change it regularly.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use bots or automated betting scripts, manipulate game outcomes, or engage in any form of collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
• MH777 actively monitors accounts for suspicious betting patterns, unusual withdrawal requests, and signs of fraudulent activity. Players identified as acting in bad faith will have their accounts suspended without notice.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your identity is not permitted.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

MH777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at MH777 staff or other players.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the timeframe requested.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms (for example, at the player's own request), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player after deducting any outstanding bonus balances. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact MH777 customer support.

12 Limitation of Liability

MH777 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and functioning correctly at all times. However, MH777 cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or server failures outside of MH777's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banking networks.
• Losses arising from your own decisions to place bets or play games on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side that result in incomplete game rounds or bets.

In all cases, MH777's liability to any individual player is limited to the amount currently held in that player's real-money account balance at the time the issue arose.

13 Changes to These Terms

MH777 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, MH777 may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continuing to use the MH777 platform after revised terms have been posted means you accept those revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
